Sue Cambage-Hughes

Head of Consumer Research

Sue Cambage-Hughes is CGA’s Head of Consumer Research. She joined CGA in mid-2017 to lead our mission to deepen our insights into the out-of-home eating and drinking habits of British adults. Sue joins CGA with a wealth of insight experience drawn from a career spanning banking and finance, corporate, retail, third sector and youth, having worked as Insight lead for Co-operative Food and headed up the Insight function at National Union of Students (NUS). Leading a team of specialist researchers, Sue’s mission is to champion the voice of the customer to help our clients better understand today’s consumer. Combining CGA’s wealth of industry and brand-side data with the ever-richer consumer research that Sue steers gives CGA a 360-degree view of the market that is unbeatable in the sector and invaluable to pub, bar and restaurant operators and suppliers.
