As the Head of Consumer Research and Marketing, Rachel delivers strategic planning to address the changing needs of the market and identify the optimum ways to deploy our best in class resources, shaping CGA’s services for growth. Rachel joined CGA in 2008 and most recently led CGA’s client services team for over five years. Rachel’s experience in both client and people management as well as her well-honed instinct for what the hospitality sector needs allows her to deliver authoritative data, sharp insights and actionable advice to clients.
