BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN
Our commitment to clients
While all of us continue to navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19 and its impact on our hospitality industry, CGA is committed to supporting your business throughout the course of this pandemic and to provide continuity of service at all times.
We realise that in this time of crisis, it is more important than ever that we provide the insights you need to respond to the unique business challenges you may be facing. CGA is innovating and developing too, to assist you in better understanding the facts about market performance as the inevitable recovery starts to take shape.
I’m incredibly proud of our team, who have stayed engaged with our partners – manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and trade associations – sweating the vast range of data sources that come through our business to interpret the impact that the emergency is having upon sales and consumer habits across the country.
As you plan for the recovery, we have the data and insight capabilities to support you in this process – and then help measure the success of each recovery step along the way. We are providing many of these studies free-of-charge to support the sector, but our custom research capabilities are also still in place and available should you have specific questions you need answering.
Thank you for your support and for enabling us to keep investing and maintaining these essential market views even in such troubled times. As we are witnessing, the hospitality industry is a finely balanced ecosystem, and we all need to play our part in ensuring it is in the best shape to recover quickly and sustainably.
We want you to know that at this important time, you can count on us to be there to support your business.
Reach out to us with ANY questions – and challenges. We are here.

Along with following and adhering to all of the Government guidelines in place, we have also performed a full business impact assessments across our group (CGA, Nielsen CGA and CPL Learning) to identify potential risks and prepare for the continuation of services under a worse case scenario.
