Pizza Express has reopened 71 more sites this week and is planning to reopen a further 88 locations next Thursday August 6. All sites will be joining the Eat Out to Help Out scheme and safety measures include a digital menu and contactless payments.

Natural fast food brand Leon has opened 2 new outlets at motorway service stations in anticipation of a staycation boom, with plans for a further 2 planned for the coming weeks.

Coppa Club has now reopened 5 of its 6 sites across the UK and has announced plans for a seventh site in Surrey due to open in October.

Seasonal food brand Crockers is planning to open second site on Saturday August 1 this time in Henley-on-Thames after original plans to open in April were put on hold due to lockdown. The site will boast two 16-seat chef’s tables where guests will have their own head chef and will be able to watch their food be prepared and cooked in front of them.

Welsh brewer SA Brain is beginning to reopen sites from the start of August, with 40 pubs planning to open on Monday August 3 and the remainder of the estate opening in the following weeks.

All Star Lanes is restarting its bowling and karaoke operations from across all 5 sites from Saturday August 1, following the successful reopening of Manchester, White City and Brick Lane venues for food and drinks in July. To ensure guest safety it will be operating under a reduced capacity, with hygiene screens between each lane and guests allowed to wear their own shoes.

Adam Handling is planning to reopen Restaurant Adam Handling Chelsea, Belmond Cadogan Hotel and The Frog by Adam Handling on Saturday August 1.

The team behind Brixton restaurant Salon is to open a second site in Peckham. Larry’s is a New York inspired deli with a limited drinks range and will open on Friday July 31.

Greek restaurant concept The Real Greek has announced that 15 of its 18-strong estate will be open by the end of this week and all sites will be participating in the Eat Out to Help Out scheme.

The team behind The Little Blue Door has opened third site in London. The Little Orange Door in Clapham has a menu taking inspiration from summer barbeques and cocktails.
