Mitchells & Butlers has announced all brands will be opening on July 4 and are now taking bookings for up to a maximum of 6 people.
JW Lees has launched the C-19 safe campaign in preparation for a five-week staggered reopening of its pubs from July 4.

Drake & Morgan is planning to begin reopening their 23-strong estate from July 8, starting with two in London, and continuing to open further sites throughout July, prioritising those sites with outdoor areas.

Butcombe Brewing Co will begin phased reopening of pub estate from July 8, starting with 4 sites across the south of England. Customer details will be taken and stored for 21 days to comply with track and trace regulations, and there will be reduced furniture to facilitate social distancing.

The Ivy Collection has announced another 2 sites in London will be reopening from July 4; The Ivy Asia in St Paul’s and Brasserie of Light in Oxford Street. In addition to these London sites, plans have been announced to also open 14 regional sites from July 4.

BrewDog has announced plans to open sites in Manchester, Newcastle and Shoreditch at one minute past midnight on July 4 in an exclusive ticketed event with all proceeds going to the Hospitality Action charity.

Loungers is aiming to have 70 sites open by July 8, a further 40 opening by July 22, with all remaining sites open by mid-August.

Revolution Bars Group has updated its opening plans, with 6 sites across England due to open on July 6 and trade for 2 weeks to test consumer demand. Following this there are plans for a phased reopening of no more than 9 sites per week in the hopes that 62 of its 74 strong estate will be open by the end of August. The remaining sites will remain closed until Government advice regarding late night venues changes.

Prezzo has announced plans to reopen 8 sites for trading on July 4, with a further 12 opening in the following week.

Following the successful reopening of most of its estate for takeaway, Caffe Nero is planning to open 400 sites for dine-in customers from July 4, with social distancing guidance and a limited food menu.

TGI Friday’s has announced the reopening of 66 sites on July 6 to coincide with fresh new branding. The updated concept with have a simplified cocktail and food menu with a greater emphasis on “quality, fresh ingredients with a focus on provenance”.

Suffolk based brewer Adnams has announced 90% of managed and tenanted estate will open from July 4 with the remaining sites opening in the following weeks. Only advanced bookings are to be accepted at the managed sites, with customers receiving an email prior to visiting to let them know what to expect.

Cornwall based St Austell is planning to open entire managed estate and 70% of tenanted sites on July 4, with additional safety measures including the new “Easy Orders” app to facilitate table ordering, encouragement of prior bookings and guests being greeted on arrival and led to their tables.

Bone Daddies Group is planning to open entire estate of Bone Daddies, Shack Fuyu and Flesh & Buns sites for dine-in customers from Saturday July 4 with certain items available at a reduced price.

London based fast-casual pasta concept Pastaio is planning to reopen both sites on July 4, with free meals for those under 12 throughout the school holidays, 50% off food for NHS staff and 25% off the bill for pensioners and students and is offering reservations for the first time.

Michael Roux Junior’s two Michelin starred Le Gavroche will be welcoming customers again from Tuesday July 7 with daily health and temperature checks for all staff and PPE for those working in the kitchen.

Inception Group has announced plans to begin reopening its Mr Fogg’s estate starting with the Mayfair branch on July 4 with other sites reopening gradually throughout the summer. There will be a £25,000 bar tab for NHS staff split between all sites for key workers to claim a free drink every day until the tab runs out.

Comptoir Group has announced 12 sites across London, Birmingham and the North West will reopen from July 4, following the successful reopening of two London sites for delivery last month.

Hawksmoor is set to open the doors at its Borough site on July 9, with plans to have remaining sites open by September. Since announcing the reopening plans, bookings have been coming in fast with day one already fully booked, week one 96% booked and month one 50% booked.

Various Eateries has announced another 2 Coppa Club sites in London will be opening from July 4, following the announcement last week that the Tower Bridge site will also begin welcoming customers from Saturday.

Following successful reopening of branches for delivery, better pizza brand Homeslice has announced plans to begin welcoming dine-in customers from July 4 at four of its six sites.

London Shell Co is planning to open its static floating restaurant on July 4 with a special oyster bar and takeaway fish & chips, before opening for lunch and dinner service from Tuesday July 7. The second site offering cruising dinners on the Regents Canal will begin to welcome guests from Friday July 10.

McDonalds is reopening a further 800 sites for takeaway from Friday July 3 as it reintroduces more menu items, rolls breakfast menu out to further sites and plans to extend store opening hours. The chain has not yet announced when they will be allowing dine-in customers.

Cote is to begin a gradual reopening of estate from Monday July 6, starting with venue in Windsor and two further sites in the capital following later in the week. Staff will be subject to daily temperature checks and issued visors, while spaces between tables have been increased and only contactless payments will be accepted.

Tonkotsu is planning to open 4 sites for dine-in customers on July 4, including their Selfridges sites in London and Birmingham, with a further 5 sites opening throughout July. Customers will be able to order and pay via an app and restaurants will be using protective screens where social distancing is not possible.

Three Cheers Pub Co is planning to open entire estate from Saturday July 4, with tables for walk in customers restricted to 6 guests and bookings of more than two households to be made in advance.

Boxpark is to launch click-and-collect service from sites in Shoreditch, Wembley and Croydon, allowing customers to order ahead and schedule a collection time or receive table service at any one of the venues. Guests requesting table service will have to pre-register their details to assist with NHS trace and trace service.

Rick Stein has announced 8 restaurants will be open for dine-in customers from July 4, including site in London as well as 7 across the south coast, with 2 additional sites in Cornwall offering fish & chips to takeaway.

Tapas bar Ibérica will open all four London sites from July 4, although no date has been announced yet for sites outside of the capital.

Caravan Restaurants has announced they will be welcoming customers from July 4 at site in Kings Cross and Vardo in Chelsea, with outdoor seating available and for the first time giving customers the option to pre-book a table.

Michelin starred Galvin brothers have announced the opening of brand-new Galvin Bistro & Bar on July 4, replacing Galvin HOP in Spitalfields.
Both London locations of the wine-centric French restaurant 28-50 will reopen with new al fresco areas from 8am on July 4.

Camino tapas restaurant will reopen its King’s Cross and Bankside sites from July 4, with table numbers restricted to 6 people and increased outdoor space.

Maxwell’s Group will begin the reopening of its estate with Old Compton Brasserie in Soho, but with a slightly reduced menu. No details yet have been announced regarding the remaining 5 sites.

Fine dining Indian restaurant group MW Eat is planning to reopen all 3 London sites – Amaya, Chutney Mary and the capital’s oldest Indian restaurant Veeraswamy – on July 4.

The Indian restaurant group Masala Zone will reopen all London locations from July 4 except Selfridges site which is expected to follow suit later next week. All customers and staff will be subject to temperature checks on arrival and there will be a reduced menu initially.

Burger and Lobster are to being welcoming customers again from July 4 at 4 of its 9 locations across London.

Spanish chef Jose Pizarro has announced The Swan Inn is to be the first of his 4 sites to reopening, welcoming guests from July 4. The remaining three sites will be opening throughout the following 2 weeks.

Portuguese chicken restaurant Casa Do Frango will be welcoming guests at both London sites from July 4 and is now taking bookings for reopening day.
Street food haven in the shadow of the Shard, Vinegar Yard will restart its food and drink offering on July 4.

Big Mamma Group is planning to open both London locations on July 4, for the first time offering advance bookings for smaller groups.

American egg-centric concept Eggslut will reopen only UK site in London to dine-in customers from July 4, having never ceased its takeaway offering throughout the lockdown.

Family-run Middle Eastern restaurants Delamina Marylebone and Delamina EAST in Shoreditch will both reopen on July 4.

Indian restaurant group Cinnamon will begin reopening sites from July 4, starting with Cinnamon Kitchen in Battersea with the other two locations following suit throughout the rest of July.

Coal Drops Yard site is beginning to reopen with several operators welcoming dine-in guests from July 4 including, Casa Pastor, Barrafina, Coal Office, HICCE, Parrillan, Plaza Pastor and Spiritland.

Corbin & King has announced 4 of their London sites will reopen from July 4, including The Wolseley in Piccadilly and Fischer’s in Marylebone, with plans to gradually open further sites throughout July.

Argentinian steakhouse Gaucho will be reopening 9 of its 16 strong estate from July 4, with locations in the capital as well as Birmingham and Manchester announced. The restaurants will be adopting the company’s new “mindful dining” service, with social distancing and deduced contact a priority.

Tom Kerridge has announced that Kerridge’s Bar and Grill at the Corinthia hotel in London will reopen on July 4.

The Treehouse Hotel in Marylebone will be welcoming guests from July 4 at rooftop bar The Nest, Cali-Mexican restaurant Madera and café Backyard.

D&D London has announced 17 sites in London and across the UK will be opening from July 4, including 20 Stories in Manchester, East 59th in Leeds, the Bluebird in Chelsea and “first dates” restaurant Paternoster Chophouse. The remaining sites will be opening throughout the summer.
