CGA’s Client Director Fiona Speakman (pictured left) will be among the experts discussing the importance of brand reputation in out-of-home eating and drinking at the Arena Autumn Event on Monday 30 September.

Speakman will be drawing on CGA’s research to reveal some of the secrets of how operators establish and sustain strong opinions of their brands. She will also share insights from this year’s recent Brand Momentum Report from CGA and Stone & River, setting out how certain brands retain their relevance while others struggle to keep up with the pace of change.

Joining Fiona Speakman at the event will be Andre Johnstone, Business Development Director of wagamama, with a session on the development of the chain’s delivery brand; Supersonic Inc founder Mark McCulloch with insights into how brands can recover from setbacks; and Best Food Logistics Managing Director Paul Whyte with advice on using technology to optimize operations.
