SAP Business One Dashboards will provide users with a simple tool allowing there user interface to be personalised showing relevant information needed for day to day activities. This exciting new feather has been designed to further enhance navigation around SAP Business One.

SAP Business One 8.8 Cockpit

SAP Business One cockpit will provide users an advanced tool enabling them to customise their user interface beyond SAP Business One Dashboards. SAP Business One Cockpit will provide users with interactive system information updated in real-time. As well as offering improved navigation and a powerful search functionality across the menu and multiple areas of the application.

SAP Business One 8.8 Mobile Services

SAP Business One Mobile Services will provide mobile users with a complete servicing option utilising smart phone technology. Excising framework within SAP Business One will allow this function to be developed and deployed direct from SAP Business One.

SAP Business One 8.8
SAP Business One (SBO) 8.8 is the very latest release from software giant SAP. It introduces a new user interface (UI) with a stylish and fresh look and improvements across the entire system that have vastly enhanced the day to day user experience, allowing for faster navigation and simple interpretation. Reporting, security and support are amongst many other functions that have received a complimentary overhaul.

NEW User Interface Experience – The new UI allows for quick and simple navigation around the application. In previous versions of SBO users sometimes had to deal with confusing error messages, this has been rewritten for greater clarity with links to detailed solution documentation.

New Reporting Capabilities – Crystal Reports Basic 2008 is now an integral part of SAP Business One.  Crystal Reports is a powerful and dynamic reporting solution that enables the design, exploration, visualisation, and delivery of reports via the Web or embedded in enterprise applications.

Streamlined Business Processes – Enhancements to Pick & Pack, available-to-promise, multiple units of measure, document generation wizard and gross profit have improved and simplified day to day operations.

Support for local requirements – SAP Business One 8.8 enables continued fulfillment and implementation of country specific requirements and best practices, such as tax deduction at source and negative totals in A/R and A/P documents.

Global synchronisation – SAP Business One 8.8 is a truly unified global product. Businesses with multiple localisations throughout the world can now run parallel versions, synchronised between subsidiaries in different countries that previously needed to be served by a different SAP Business One software releases. The SBO upgrade process has been developed to dramatically simplify the upgrade route, resulting in reduced downtime equalling efficiency savings.

System Security – SAP Business One 8.8 offers a sophisticated centralised authentication framework as well as data security protection, enabling better protection and security of customer data in both the core SAP Business One application as well as other third-party solutions.

Infrastructure – Significant improvements have been include in data archiving, transaction management, memory governance, cache mechanisms, and error tolerance.

Preventive Support – SAP has enhanced tracing and logging greatly improving the diagnostic capabilities of SAP Business One installations.

Industry-Focused Solutions – New tools, Solution Packager, helps SAP partners to deploy pre-packaged industry specific solutions that will cater for multiple business requirements but yet meet individual businesses specific needs.
